We worked with one of the largest energy suppliers in the UK to bring consistency and clarity to their brand voice and tone.
We started this project by understanding the companies' strategic ambitions, which were being reshaped during our engagement. We standardized their internal and external Brand Book, and created a new set of refreshed templates in line with the new creative direction.

Evolving an already well-known and established brand was an enjoyable experience. We provided an integral creative service, including insights into the natural evolution of the brand in the future.
The purpose of this creative document was to help employees communicate and implement the Centrica brand. Given the company’s market-leading position, a clear, consistent, and coherent presentation of their brand across all channels of communication is vital to their messaging and awareness.
In order to ensure the brand refresh was consistently applied, we created a set of new PowerPoint and email templates for internal and external use. We also created a bank of images for corporate use, as well as updating some internal images used in newsletters and the corporate Intranet.
